This design-build project was a fast-paced, varied renovation and modernization of five floors of the Boyer Pavilion.  Included in the scope were a 10 bed ICU, two Med/surg Units totaling 43 beds and 30 rooms, Outpatient Primary Care, Ophthalmology, Audiology, Dental, ENT, Orthopedic and Neuroscience clinical spaces, and a new Ortho/Neuro Operating Room with sterile & substerile support spaces.
